You should note that LEPP STUDIO may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. LEPP STUDIO reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling an order

Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). LEPP STUDIO assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:
- Royal Mail or Evri delivery (no locker)
- Pick a locker (InPost, DPD)
- Local delivery (free in Turvey)
Returns Policy
LEPP STUDIO accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
If you have already received your products, please repackage and return them carefully to the returns address provided below. Until the items are returned, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care to ensure they remain unused and in re-saleable condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund for the product price only (postage costs are non-refundable unless the product is proven to be damaged).
No products may be returned to LEPP STUDIO without the prior written consent of LEPP STUDIO and are subject to a return charge.
Please note: we won’t cover return postage costs for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or faulty goods
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your items are damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@leppstudio.co.uk within 3 working days of receiving your order. Please let us know your order number and attach the photos of your order package, address and name, the faulty items and the proof of postage delivered (with date). To ensure the integrity of returns, we require multiple-angle photographs, timestamped images, and video evidence to verify the condition of items and identify any fraudulent damage claims. Any returned item must correspond exactly to the condition depicted in the submitted documentation; discrepancies may result in rejection of the claim.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage costs. Upon contact, we will issue you a returns number and provide instructions for returning your goods. The damaged product needs to be returned back within 30 days after purchase.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product, and once your return has been accepted and processed, place a new order for the replacement item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom personalized products.
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.

If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
